Warehouse Clerk | 1st shift | Urgent Hire

WE’RE HIRING: WAREHOUSE CLERK Hotline Delivery Systems ARE YOU FAST, ACCURATE & DETAIL-ORIENTED? If you’re the person who spots the wrong number, catches the missing paperwork, and notices when something doesn’t match , we want to talk to you! This is a fast-paced warehouse position where your attention to detail directly impacts the flow of our operation. You’ll work closely with drivers, forklift operators, warehouse staff, and management to keep freight, paperwork, and our systems accurate and moving. WHAT YOU’LL DO Verify freight paperwork matches the freight physically loaded on the truck Compare paperwork with information in our WMS Process and organize collection documents Create receipts and maintain accurate records Enter and update freight information in the WMS Perform fast and accurate data entry Update warehouse and inventory information in internal systems Direct forklift operators where freight should be stored or staged Verify freight locations and maintain accurate warehouse records Identify and resolve paperwork and system discrepancies Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and management Keep documentation organized and help keep warehouse operations running smoothly WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR You’ll be a great fit if you are: Extremely detail-oriented and catch what others miss Fast AND accurate — speed means nothing if the information is wrong Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment Able to multitask and prioritize changing demands Comfortable working with computers and warehouse systems Confident communicating with drivers and warehouse employees Organized and able to manage multiple shipments and documents Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented Comfortable working independently and asking questions when needed Safety-conscious while working around warehouse and forklift traffic EXPERIENCE THAT'S A PLUS Warehouse Clerk or Administrative experience Shipping & Receiving Logistics or Transportation WMS experience Data Entry Inventory Control Experience with Bills of Lading, receipts, or freight documentation THIS JOB IS NOT FOR SOMEONE WHO: Doesn't like a fast-paced environment Gets overwhelmed by multiple priorities Doesn't double-check their work Thinks "close enough" is good enough THIS JOB IS FOR SOMEONE WHO: Notices the details Moves quickly Takes ownership Keeps things organized Communicates clearly Wants to be an important part of the operation If you're sharp, organized, dependable, and ready to keep the warehouse moving, we want to meet you.
