Do you catch mistakes before they become problems? Are you organized, computer-savvy, and able to keep up in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Hotline Delivery Systems is looking for a dependable Warehouse Clerk who takes pride in accuracy and keeping operations running smoothly! WHAT YOU'LL DO Verify shipping and receiving paperwork for accuracy. Match freight, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and system information. Create receipts and enter shipment details into our Warehouse Management System (WMS). Process freight and collections documentation. Update shipment records and maintain accurate warehouse information. Communicate with forklift operators, drivers, and warehouse personnel. Prioritize outbound freight to keep shipments moving. Maintain organized records and a clean, professional work area. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills and data-entry experience. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
