Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picker equipment and forklift as needed Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods and adherence to safety protocols Maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse management systems (WMS), MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and AS400 platforms Conduct shipping and receiving activities, verifying quantities against purchase orders and delivery documentation Operate reach trucks and forklifts safely to move materials throughout the warehouse Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit, following company standards Assist in cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining organized storage areas for optimal warehouse distribution flow Qualifications Proven warehouse experience with knowledge of order fulfillment, shipping & receiving procedures, and warehouse distribution practices Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or other warehouse equipment such as order pickers Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), MRP software, and platforms like AS400 is highly desirable Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying quantities accurately Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items, load & unload operations, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure accuracy in order picking and inventory control Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across various warehouse functions Join us in creating a seamless supply chain by ensuring every product reaches its destination efficiently!
