Warehouse Clerical Associate
Marketing Genome ProjectFoster Display Group is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Warehouse Clerical Associate to support our warehouse and fulfillment operations. This position connects our office teams with warehouse operations, helping ensure orders are processed accurately, inventory records stay current, and shipments leave on schedule. You’ll work with client-owned assets and rental inventory, maintaining the records and documentation our team relies on to keep projects moving. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple systems, communicating with different departments, and managing changing priorities in a busy warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Order Processing: Review, enter, print, and process client orders, confirming that order details and shipping requirements are complete and accurate. Shipping Coordination: Prepare shipping labels and documentation, update tracking information, and coordinate with warehouse staff to support timely fulfillment. Receiving Records: Log incoming shipments, document received quantities, and flag missing items, damage, or discrepancies. Inventory Accuracy: Maintain digital records for client assets and rental inventory, including item details, quantities, locations, and availability. Inventory Reconciliation: Assist with cycle counts and compare physical inventory against system records to identify and resolve discrepancies. System Updates: Use Shopify, ShipStation, and warehouse and inventory management systems to track orders, shipments, returns, and asset movements. Department Coordination: Communicate order status, inventory issues, and shipping updates to office staff and warehouse teams. Documentation: Keep order paperwork, shipment records, and inventory files organized and accessible. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in warehouse administration, fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory control, or a related role. Familiarity with Shopify for order tracking and customer information. Hands-on experience with ShipStation for shipping labels, batch processing, and shipment management. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Inventory Management Systems (IMS) . Strong computer and data-entry skills, with a high level of accuracy. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Clear written and verbal communication skills. A dependable, proactive approach to identifying issues and following through on tasks. Ability to work comfortably in an on-site warehouse office environment. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay.
