Warehouse Cleaner/Utility Associate Reports To: Facility Maintenance Director Company Overview: Aero Fulfillment Services is a family-owned company that has been in business for over forty years. Position Overview: Aero Fulfillment Services has an opening at our Fairfield warehouse for a full time Cleaner/Utility associate. This postion will be first shift, Monday through Friday, but candidates must also be open to working overtime when needed. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Focuses on general warehouse upkeep, including removing trash, dusting, and keeping work areas free of debris. Qualifications: Previous warehouse or cleaning experience preferred but not required Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions Ability to communicate information in a clear and concise manner Able to work independently and stay on task within a fast-paced environment Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Physical Requirements: Prolonged standing and walking Low level positions: squatting, kneeling, crouching Use of ladders and step stools Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout assigned warehouse areas Pick up and dispose of trash, cardboard, and other debris Dust and wipe down surfaces and work areas Assist with maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment Transport trash and other materials to designated disposal areas Report safety hazards, damaged equipment, spills, or other maintenance concerns to the appropriate supervisor Assist with other general warehouse tasks as assigned Efficiently handles all work Excellent work ethic including good attendance Notifies supervisor of any slowdown in work Continually looking for ways to improve efficiencies and procedures Exhibits same efficiencies and attitudes when temporarily moved to other departments If you have these skills and are looking for a full-time warehouse career, please apply today!
