Warehouse Cleaner

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Cleaners to join our facilities team. This position, will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Your efforts will ensure that the facility adheres to health and safety standards, supports efficient operations, and provides a welcoming space for staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong custodial skills, safety awareness, and a proactive attitude toward maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Duties Perform routine cleaning of warehouse floors, aisles, and work areas using appropriate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and scrubbers to ensure a clean and safe environment. Handle chemical agents safely during cleaning processes. Conduct janitorial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and restroom sanitation. Operate cleaning machinery and equipment efficiently while adhering to safe lifting practices during heavy or bulky item handling. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and timely replenishment. Support industrial cleaning tasks when required, including specialized sanitation procedures for different areas within the facility. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Proven custodial or janitorial experience in a commercial or industrial setting. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, and vacuum cleaners. Knowledge of chemical agent handling safety procedures and sanitation standards. Experience with manual handling techniques and safe lifting practices for heavy items. Ability to follow safety protocols consistently and work efficiently. Prior experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning is preferred.
