Warehouse Clamp Truck and Sit-Down Forklift Specialist

Step Into a Day on Our Warehouse Floor Join a high-energy team where precision, safety, and collaboration drive everything we do. We’re hiring motivated operators for both 1st and 2nd shifts to keep inventory moving smoothly and accurately across our warehouse network. A Typical Day Kick off with pre-use inspections to confirm your equipment is safe and ready. If something isn’t right, you’ll perform basic fixes within your ability or alert maintenance immediately to minimize downtime. Operate sit-down forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and Hi-Lo forklifts to move, load, unload, and stage materials without damage. Pick orders with barcode scanners and order picker equipment, ensuring each item is accurate and accounted for. Use our warehouse management system (WMS) to locate, organize, and put away stock so aisles are clear and product is stored correctly. Verify shipping and receiving paperwork, matching documentation to incoming and outgoing loads. Maintain clean, organized storage areas to support efficient distribution and eliminate safety hazards. What You’ll Handle Material handling equipment: sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and Hi-Lo forklifts Barcode scanning for logistics and order picking Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory control Skills You Bring Hands-on proficiency with lift trucks, reach and clamp trucks, pallet jacks, Hi-Lo units, and other manual handling tools Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe forklift practices Experience in shipping/receiving, including efficient loading and unloading Strong inventory and WMS skills; comfortable with barcode scanners Ability to lift and maneuver heavy items safely in a fast-paced setting Basic math for counts, measures, and shipment verification Clear communication with teammates and warehouse supervisors Shifts & Environment Opportunities available on both 1st and 2nd shifts.
