About the Role
This isn’t long-haul work, and it’s not unpredictable hours. This is a steady, local CDL driving role working a consistent Monday–Friday day shift.
You’ll be responsible for moving materials, tools, and equipment between our warehouse, job sites, and vendors—making sure everything gets where it needs to be safely, on time, and without issues. When you’re not on the road, you’ll be part of the warehouse team keeping things organized and running efficiently.
If you’re someone who takes pride in your driving, keeps things tight and accurate, and doesn’t need to be micromanaged, this is a solid, stable role.
Who you are:
You’re a reliable CDL driver who doesn’t cut corners. You understand that being on time matters, paperwork matters, and safety isn’t optional.
You’re comfortable working both on the road and in the warehouse, and you don’t mind jumping in where needed. You communicate well, stay organized, and handle issues without creating bigger ones.
You’re looking for consistency—local routes, predictable hours, and a team that runs like it should.
What you'll do:
- Safely transport materials, tools, and equipment between warehouse, job sites, and suppliers
- Operate company vehicles and perform routine inspections and basic upkeep
- Load, unload, and secure materials to prevent damage or delays
- Plan routes and coordinate deliveries to stay on schedule
- Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety requirements
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and material tracking
- Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse organization
- Communicate with warehouse staff, project teams, and vendors on delivery needs
- Flag and help resolve any delivery or material issues
- Look for ways to improve delivery efficiency and reduce downtime
What we're looking for:
- Valid CDL (required based on vehicle type)
- 2+ years of driving, delivery, or warehouse experience
- Solid understanding of safe vehicle operation and load handling
- Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment (preferred)
- Ability to manage routes, timing, and documentation without constant oversight
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Competitive pay and benefits
- Supportive team environment with ongoing training
