Warehouse Book Listing Associate

Lighthouse Books is seeking dependable, positive, and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role in a high-volume warehouse environment, ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working with a team. Pay & Schedule $15.00 – $16.00 per hour 32–40 hours per week 4–5 days per week 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PTO Paid holidays Potential year-end bonus What You’ll Do Scan and evaluate books to determine if they should be listed for sale Assess book condition (e.g., Good or Acceptable) Assign books to appropriate shelf locations Place books on carts and stock them in the warehouse Maintain an organized and efficient work area What We’re Looking For Dependable and consistent attendance Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable making quick decisions Detail-oriented and organized Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent use of hands for sorting and scanning Ability to lift and move books (generally up to 20 lbs) Work Environment Warehouse setting Fast-paced, production-based workflow Team-oriented atmosphere Why Lighthouse Books?
