We are looking for a driven, highly motivated "go-getter" to join our Clackamas team as a Warehouse Attendant and Delivery Driver. This role is perfect for a proactive multi-tasker who wants to get their foot in the door with a growing company. This position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates, offering flexibility alongside clear pathways for career advancement as you learn our operations. What You’ll Do · Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming freight, verify packing slips, and accurately prepare outgoing shipments. · Inventory Prep: Pull, stage, and package inventory efficiently for customer orders and daily deliveries. · Local Deliveries: Safely operate company vehicles to execute delivery routes, providing excellent service at customer drop-offs. · Facility Maintenance: Maintain a high standard of shop cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the facility. · Operational Support: Adapt quickly to shifting daily priorities, jumping seamlessly between warehouse tasks and driving routes to support the sales team. What We’re Looking For · Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. · Driving Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record. · Pre-Employment: Must be able to successfully pass a standard pre-employment drug screening. · Core Skills: Solid foundation in basic math, reading, and writing to accurately handle order processing and shipping manifests. · Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills required for utilizing inventory tracking and shipping software. · Resilience: Comfortable working in an uncontrolled warehouse environment where temperatures fluctuate with the Pacific Northwest seasons. · Work Ethic: A highly organized multi-tasker who takes initiative and thrives in a bustling, dynamic distribution setting.
