Role Description The Warehouse Associates & Delivery Drivers role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Team members will handle daily warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming inventory, as well as packing and preparing orders for shipment or delivery. The role includes operating material-handling equipment to move products safely within the warehouse and loading delivery vehicles accurately. Delivery Drivers will transport electrical supplies to customer locations, verify order accuracy, and provide courteous, professional service. All team members are expected to follow safety procedures, maintain clean and orderly work areas, and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet operational and customer-service goals. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving to accurately process incoming and outgoing orders. Candidates should possess skills in Packing to prepare and secure products for delivery or storage. Candidates should possess skills in Unloading to safely handle and stage incoming materials. Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use to move and organize inventory safely. Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for checking orders and managing inventory. Ability to lift and move materials as part of daily warehouse tasks, following safety guidelines. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for delivery responsibilities; ability to follow routes and schedules. Reliable work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Previous warehouse, logistics, or delivery experience is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
