General Labor/Warehouse Associates- Entry Level 1st ($16hr) and 2nd ($16.50hr) shift available Warehouse experience a plus Must pass a background check Temp to hire Packing auto parts MUST HAVE GOOD ATTENDANCE TO GET HIRED WITH THE COMPANY Cherry Picker Operators- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE 1st ($19hr) and 2nd ($19.50hr) shift available MUST HAVE CHEERY PICKER EXPERIENCE Picking orders with the cherry picker Temp to hire MUST HAVE GOOD ATTENDANCE TO GET HIRED WITH THE COMPANY Must be able to pass a background check Responsibilities Operate various warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, forklifts (including Hi-Lo and clamp trucks), pallet jacks, and barcode scanning systems to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using order picker tools and warehouse management systems to ensure timely delivery. Manage inventory levels through accurate stock counting, cycle counting, and updating warehouse management systems to maintain optimal stock accuracy. Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing shipments for dispatch. Follow all safety standards in production environments by adhering to OSHA regulations, forklift safety protocols, manual handling guidelines, and heavy equipment operation procedures. Conduct routine equipment repairs or report maintenance needs promptly to minimize downtime and ensure operational safety. Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing materials on pallets or racks, load & unload trucks efficiently, and ensure proper handling of heavy or fragile items. Skills Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, forklifts (lift truck), clamp trucks, Hi-Lo’s, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics accuracy, shipping & receiving procedures, and inventory management techniques. Familiarity with safety standards in production environments including OSHA guidelines and forklift safety protocols to promote a secure workplace. Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while maintaining proper ergonomic practices. Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring quantities, and verifying shipment details accurately. Experience in warehouse operations including order picking, load & unload activities, and warehouse distribution processes. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectively while following safety standards in all tasks.
