Warehouse Associate / Sorter Location: Philadelphia, PA / Pay: $20.00/hr. - $23.00/hr. Employment Type: Full-time / Temporary-to-Permanent as applicable Position Summary The Warehouse Associate / Sorter is responsible for receiving, sorting, processing, and preparing packages for delivery while maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, sort, and organize packages efficiently. Pick and pack orders and prepare packages for shipment. Scan, label, and accurately process packages using warehouse systems. Load and unload packages and move materials throughout the facility. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards. Assist with inventory and package-count accuracy as needed. Work effectively with team members to meet daily fulfillment and productivity goals. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or package-handling experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Dependable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts. Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred. Forklift/reach-truck experience or certification is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move packages and materials throughout the shift. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive movements. Ability to work safely in a physically demanding warehouse environment
