Warehouse Associate - Warehouse Operations

Role Overview: Support warehouse operations related to distribution services, focusing on temperature-sensitive materials, inventory updates, and shipment preparation. Collaborate with team members to ensure safe handling, accurate documentation, and timely movement of goods. Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards, identify non-conforming items, and escalate issues as needed. Responsibilities Include Monitoring temperature-sensitive storage and shipments to preserve product integrity. Updating inventory records and shipment documentation for traceability. Handling damaged, on-hold, or non-conforming materials according to procedures. Using warehouse equipment to support efficient material flow. Preparing packaging and shipment areas for outbound activities. Escalating handling or inventory issues for prompt resolution. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required; supply chain certification preferred. Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, or related fields. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and temperature-sensitive handling. Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and support order accuracy. Capable of managing multiple tasks and supporting safe handling practices.
