Duties Safely operate forklift, reach truck, & pallet jack to build large pallet orders Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, updating inventory management software, and ensuring accurate record-keeping using RF scanners and warehouse management systems Support order fulfillment through picking, packing, and preparing shipments Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and OSHA standards while handling materials manually or with mechanical equipment Meet minimum productivity requirements for pick/pack Requirements Have to be available for work Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm Some OT may be required on occassion Have to be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet the majority of the day Proven experience operating forklift, reach truck, pallet jack Strong knowledge of inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS) & scanner Familiarity with safety protocols including OSHA regulations and proper PPE use during all warehouse activities Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and mechanical knowledge of material handling equipment Basic math skills for inventory counting, order picking calculations, and documentation accuracy Previous experience in warehouse distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments preferred Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team under tight deadlines - meet hourly picking guidelines This role offers an exciting chance to develop your skills in warehouse operations while contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
