Warehouse Associate / Van Driver

We're a marketing agency seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support warehouse operations and basic office tasks. Responsibilities - Receive, unpack, inspect, label, and organize merchandise by client or category in designated storage areas. - Assist with order fulfillment and deliveries. - Maintain basic inventory records and enter data in Excel. - Communicate clearly with supervisors and clients. - Present a professional appearance when meeting customers. - Take initiative while following guidance. - Support office support duties when needed. Requirements - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. - Valid driver's license and clean driving record. - Basic Excel and data-entry skills. - Strong attention to detail and comfort working with a small, family-oriented team. - English proficiency: B2 (upper-intermediate) or higher. - Spanish proficiency: B1 (intermediate) or higher. - High school diploma preferred. - Must have a smartphone. Schedule & Work Environment - Hours: M-F 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., with occasional additional hours. Occasional flexibility for weekends and after hours (optional). - Small, temperature-controlled warehouse with two pallet racks. - No heavy machinery operation required. - Ability to commute to Glenvar Heights, 33155. Pay: up to $20 per hour, depending on experience. Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week Language: Conversational English (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Class E Only) (Required) Ability to Commute: Miami, FL 33155 (Required) Work Location: In person
