Responsibilities You will be driving our company van from Passaic, NJ to our Tinton Falls NJ warehouse. You will be transporting our warehouse crew each workday. Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and verifying items using inventory management software and warehouse management systems Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and proper storage practices Assist with shipping & receiving activities, including documentation and record-keeping of inbound and outbound shipments Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency at all timesRequirements Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution, inventory control, and logistics operations Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating vans or light trucks preferred Certification or experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, cranes, and heavy lifting machinery Strong understanding of safety regulations related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment use Ability to perform manual handling tasks including lifting heavy items safely and efficiently Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Technical proficiency with inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS) Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking & packing processes Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while working in a fast-paced environmentJoin us if you're ready to bring energy, precision, and dedication to an essential role that keeps our supply chain moving smoothly!
