This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring customers receive the right products on time. Responsibilities Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately using pick tickets and order documentation Handle millwork products including doors, trim, and related building materials Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse Verify that materials loaded for delivery match customer orders Organize, label, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Participate in safety meetings and follow all company safety policies and procedures Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse operations, distribution, material handling, order pulling, lumber, millwork, or building materials preferred Forklift experience and certification preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift, carry, and move building materials throughout the workday Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Don't meet every qualification?
