Warehouse Associate (Temp to Perm Opportunity)

Southern Marsh is a premier clothing manufacturer based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, known for our high-quality Southern-inspired apparel. We’re looking for a dependable warehouse associate to join our team at our distribution center. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse. Schedule: Full-time, 30+ hours/week Day shifts only, no weekends Monday through Friday: 8AM - 5PM What you’ll be doing: Manual process of picking and packing orders Hand-loading shipments (FedEx and others) Stocking shelves and keeping the workspace clean Using our inventory system to track and move products Other general warehouse tasks as needed What we’re looking for: Must be on your feet for the full shift in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse Must be able to read and speak English clearly High school Diploma or GED equivalent US citizenship or Green Card Reach truck or forklift experience is a plus, but not required Able to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation Basic computer skills Able to pass a drug test We’re a small, fast-paced team that gets the job done.
