Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Warehouse Associate for our swing shift operations. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of forklift experience and a proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves operating forklifts to pick, move, stage, and load packaging materials while ensuring the accuracy and organization of inventory. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts to pick, stage, load, and move products and materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently. Organize inventory in designated storage areas based on system guidelines. Prepare orders for shipment by pulling items from shelves and packing them securely. Perform regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels. Conduct routine forklift inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working condition. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform basic troubleshooting or report any equipment issues to the supervisor. Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals and deadlines. Follow Flexpak’s safety and operational guidelines. Core Skills . Material Handling experience required . RF scanner and WMS experience (preferred) . Basic math and measurement skills . Strong attention to detail and organizational ability . Effective communication and teamwork skills Qualifications . At least 1 year of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or similar environment. . Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred) . Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted and perform physical tasks throughout the shift . Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities .
