Warehouse Associate - Shipping, Receiving & Stocking

PT Warehouse, a part of Jimco Sales & Manufacturing, is seeking a reliable, self-motivated Warehouse Associate to support our shipping, receiving, and stocking operations in Fort Worth, Texas. We're a very small, close-knit team with employees who have been with the company for decades. What You'll Do Receiving & Stocking: Unload incoming shipments, unpack merchandise, and organize parts in designated warehouse locations. Order Picking: Read customer orders, locate the correct parts, and pull accurate quantities for shipment. Packing & Shipping: Pack customer orders, weigh boxes, and prepare shipments using the UPS shipping system. Inventory Accuracy: Identify and communicate missing parts, incorrect quantities, or inventory discrepancies. Warehouse Organization: Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas. Team Support: Assist coworkers as needed to keep daily warehouse operations running smoothly. Work well with others in a small, supportive team environment. Be comfortable with basic computer entry for shipping and labeling. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or stocking experience is preferred but not required. Forklift experience is a plus, but not required. Training may be provided. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Must be able to lift and handle boxes weighing up to 50 pounds . Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the workday. Must be able to reach overhead and safely handle boxes stored at various heights. Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse. Fans and cooling equipment are provided, but the warehouse can become hot during summer months. Must follow established workplace safety procedures. Schedule, Compensation & Benefits Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay: $16.00 per hour, paid weekly Employment: Full-Time Probationary Period: First 30 days of employment Benefits: Eligible for company benefits after 90 days of employment Overtime: Generally not required, although rarely occasional overtime may be needed for special projects or inventory activities.
