Warehouse Associate – Shipping, Receiving & Inventory

We have offices and factory locations in California, Pennsylvania, Canada, Taiwan, and China. We’re hiring a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Associate for our Boyertown warehouse. You’ll work with a small team of approximately four people in a professional, focused environment. This position combines picking and packing, shipping and receiving, inventory organization, and basic computer work. We provide training on our products and procedures and value people who take pride in getting the details right. Schedule and benefits Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week. Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional overtime based on business needs. Paid time off. What you’ll do Pick orders accurately by checking product numbers, sizes, quantities, and other specifications. Pack products securely to help prevent shipping damage. Process shipments using a computer, print shipping labels, and verify order and address information. Receive incoming shipments, compare items against receiving documents, and report shortages or damage. Put inventory in the correct locations and keep storage areas organized. Perform inventory counts and help investigate discrepancies. Communicate clearly with coworkers about order issues, stock availability, and daily priorities. Keep work areas clean, safe, and ready for the next task. Learn to operate warehouse equipment safely after required training and authorization. Assist with other warehouse responsibilities as priorities change. What we’re looking for At least two years of relevant warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience. Experience checking product numbers and quantities against orders or receiving documents. Basic computer proficiency, including entering information accurately, composing short emails, and printing documents and labels. Ability to follow written procedures, recognize discrepancies, and ask questions before proceeding when something does not match. Consistent attendance, punctuality, and timely communication about scheduling issues. Ability to complete assigned work independently after training and cooperate with a small team. Willingness to move between picking, packing, receiving, inventory, and cleanup throughout the day. Ability to reliably report to our Boyertown location for the posted schedule. Physical requirements The essential duties include regularly standing and walking, bending and reaching, and repeatedly lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Safe handling procedures and appropriate equipment or team assistance must be used when needed. Helpful experience UPS, FedEx, or similar shipping software. Inventory systems, barcode scanners, or warehouse management software. Cycle counts and inventory reconciliation. Safely handling products of different sizes, weights, and packaging requirements.
