Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving

You will be responsible for the following tasks: Inventory Track stock levels, perform regular cycle counts, and keep inventory records accurate in designated documents Scan or log each product’s SKU and place items in their designated storage areas Rotate stock and monitor expiration dates (first in, first out) Flag low inventory and help place reorders with suppliers Shipping (Outbound) Process orders from CM Chicken stores (restaurants) Pick, pack, label, and ship orders accurately and on time Book freight and parcel shipments, prepare packing slips and bills of lading, and track deliveries Communicate with store owners about delivery timing and resolve issues such as shortages or damage Receiving (Inbound) Receive incoming shipments, including palletized and container freight, and check them against purchase orders Unload, label, and put away products Report discrepancies or damaged goods to the relevant team for resolution General Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Follow all company policies and food safety procedures Occasional overtime may be needed during peak shipping periods or container arrivals Other tasks as assigned Qualifications for this position: Required: Experience in warehouse, inventory, or shipping/receiving Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Able to stand, walk, and do hands-on work for extended periods Able to lift 10–50 lbs regularly Able to speak, read, and write English Basic computer skills (email, Excel or Google Sheets) Quick learner who adapts easily Works well independently and as part of a team Able to meet daily shipping and accuracy goals A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred: Korean/English bilingual Forklift or pallet jack experience (certification a plus) Experience in food distribution or food handling Familiarity with LTL freight booking and FedEx/UPS Pay: $700.00 per week Work Location: In person
