BuzzClanJob Title: Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving Location: Temecula, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Duration: 12 months, Temp Requirements: Steel-toed shoes required Job Summary: Seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory activities. This is an entry-level opportunity, and 0–2 years of warehouse experience is preferred . Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials. Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment. Handle inbound/outbound shipping and receiving. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts. Use computers, ERP/inventory systems, and basic warehouse software. Operate hand trucks and pallet movers. Follow FIFO, lot tracking, shipping, safety, cGMP, and ISO procedures. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse. Coordinate with internal teams regarding inventory and shipments. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED. 0–2 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience. Basic computer skills. Good attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs . Comfortable working occasionally in refrigerator/freezer temperatures. Steel-toed shoes required. PPE required in designated areas. Ideal Candidate: Someone with entry-level warehouse experience , such as Amazon, picking/packing, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience.
