Warehouse Associate (Shipping, Receiving and Returns)

About us Express Garage Doors sells garage door parts, including torsion springs, hardware and kits, to homeowners and installers. We sell through our own website and on Amazon. We're a small team, so your work directly affects how fast customers get their orders. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 5 PM. Some optional Saturday shifts, usually 1 to 2 hours. Pay: $22 an hour on weekdays and $44 an hour for Saturday work. What you'll do - Pick, pack and ship customer orders in ShipStation, accurately and on time. - Check in incoming purchase orders against what was ordered, and receive POs in Unleashed (our inventory system) and ShipStation. - Email supplier contacts when a shipment has shortages, damage or other errors. - Process customer returns: inspect items, restock or set them aside, and log each return. - Operate a forklift to move and put away stock. - Order warehouse supplies like boxes, tape and labels before they run low. - Keep the shop clean, safe and organized. - Keep your manager updated on order issues, stock problems and anything that needs a decision. What we're looking for - You can lift 50 lbs regularly and stand and move around for most of the shift. - You can operate a forklift safely. Experience or certification is a plus. - You know ShipStation and Unleashed or similar shipping and inventory software, or you can pick them up quickly. - You communicate clearly, both in person and by email. - You're reliable and on time, with strong attention to detail. - Warehouse or shipping experience is preferred. - You're looking for a long-term role. We want someone who plans to stick around and grow with our team, not a short-term or seasonal job.
