Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Receiving)

Frontline Systems Inc. is a wholesaler of retractable banner stands and display hardware, managing international imports and nationwide distribution. We are looking for a dependable, motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing operations team. This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse work, shipping preparation, inventory handling, and basic computer-based documentation. We are looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in doing things accurately. Previous warehouse experience is an asset, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming shipments Inspect, sort, and organize inventory Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (training available for qualified candidates) Use hand and power tools for product assembly and modifications Weigh, measure, and label shipments accurately Prepare shipping documentation and update inventory records Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency Assist with general warehouse and operational tasks as required Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs when required Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong communication and teamwork skills Safety-focused attitude Assets (Not Required) Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, manufacturing, retail, construction, delivery, or logistics experience Forklift experience or certification Experience using hand and power tools Experience with inventory management or shipping software Experience working with freight, courier, or transportation systems Basic Microsoft Office skills What We Offer Stable full-time position Monday to Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Competitive compensation Monthly performance-based bonus opportunities Paid vacation Extended health care Dental care Vision care On-site parking Supportive team environment Opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the company Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and enjoys working in a busy environment where no two days are exactly the same.
