Warehouse Associate / Shipping Clerk Company: Global Warehousing Location: Tampa, FL Pay: $18.00–$23.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary Global Warehousing is seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Associate / Shipping Clerk to support daily warehouse and shipping operations in Tampa. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable handling inventory, preparing shipments, and coordinating orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments. Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders for shipment. Prepare shipping documents and verify order information. Load and unload products and materials safely. Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records. Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and warehouse staff. Track shipments and report delays or discrepancies. Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Requirements Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer and data-entry skills. Ability to read shipping documents and work orders. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Good communication and teamwork skills. Forklift experience is a plus.
