You’ll receive incoming parts, maintain accurate inventory records, and stage materials for daily technician appointments, helping our Service & Maintenance team arrive with the parts they need. This role requires a baseline understanding of solar manufacturer parts and materials, a proactive mindset, and a dependable approach to daily responsibilities. What You’ll Do Receive incoming solar parts and materials, verify deliveries, and log them accurately. Update inventory records daily as parts are received, staged, and issued. Prepare and stage parts for scheduled technician appointments. Perform regular inventory counts and identify discrepancies. Keep the warehouse organized so parts are easy to locate and ready when needed. Help identify opportunities to improve warehouse and inventory processes.
