Warehouse Associate – Multiple Shifts Available MINUTEMAN TRANSPORT Minuteman Transport is a family-founded, refrigerated LTL transportation company serving California, Arizona, and Nevada for over 40 years. Available Shifts – 4 Openings All positions are full-time. Shift 1 – Early Morning (1 Opening) Monday–Friday: 1:00 AM – 9:30 AM Saturday & Sunday: Off Shift 2 – Mixed Schedule (1 Opening) Sunday & Saturday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Wednesday & Thursday: 1:30 AM – 10:00 AM Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM Monday & Tuesday: Off Shift 3 – Overnight (2 Openings) Sunday–Thursday: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM (next day) Friday & Saturday: Off Applicants must be available for their selected shift. Holiday work may be required based on operational needs. Position Overview Warehouse Associates are responsible for receiving, loading, unloading, staging, and organizing freight in our refrigerated warehouse. This is a physically active, hands-on position that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, load, and unload freight safely and efficiently Organize, stage, and store freight in designated areas Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed) Follow all safety procedures and equipment inspections Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Communicate freight issues, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Comfortable working in a refrigerated warehouse Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities Basic warehouse equipment and safety knowledge preferred Availability to work the selected schedule, including applicable weekends and holidays Why Join Minuteman Transport?
