Warehouse Associate – Picking, Packing & Production

Katz's Delicatessen Shipping is looking to hire a dependable, motivated new team members to assist with our packing & shipping operations during the holiday season. POSITION SUMMARY: Warehouse associates will be working with Katz's freshly packaged food products in a refrigerated work environment. This position supports daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and food production. Our facility operates in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment. Previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment while following state and FDA regulations and company safety policies. Overtime hours and having flexible work schedules may be required during high-season in order to successfully meet our needs. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently. Assist with shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading. Support food preparation, packaging, and production. Receive, organize, stock, and rotate inventory. Safely operate manual and electric pallet jacks when trained and authorized. Perform quality checks and follow food safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist in various warehouse departments as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work in a refrigerated environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work occasional weekends and overtime when needed. Bilingual (Spanish and English) Compensation & Schedule Starting pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour , based on experience. Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule. Occasional weekend work.
