Warehouse Associate (Picker/Packer)

We're placing Warehouse Associates for a high-volume distribution operation in Londonderry, NH. In this role, you'll be pushing carts through the warehouse, picking and packing smaller items quickly and accurately. No prior warehouse experience is required — some of the best people in this role have come from restaurants, healthcare, and other fast-paced jobs where keeping up and staying focused matters.

Responsibilities:

• Push carts throughout the warehouse floor to fulfill orders
• Pick and pack smaller, modular items per order specifications
• Maintain accuracy and speed to hit daily productivity goals
• Keep your area organized and work safely at all times
• Work alongside a collaborative team in a busy, friendly environment
• Stay until the shift's work is complete

Qualifications:

• No warehouse experience required (Fast-paced backgrounds preferred including restaurants, healthcare, retail, etc.)
• Ability to be on your feet and move quickly for the full shift
• Reliable with strong attendance record is a must
• Ability to push carts and handle repetitive physical tasks
• Positive attitude and genuine work ethic
