Warehouse Associate (Pick/Packer)

Our online retail business is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that enjoys solving problems and trying new ideas. We offer a very flexible schedule: you choose your shifts and set your availability each week. Responsibilities Process and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently. Pick and pack orders carefully with attention to detail. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, bathroom, managing shipping equipment and supplies, and perform floor maintenance (e.g., mopping and sweeping). Support the customer service team in meeting and exceeding client expectations. Operate pallet jacks safely and effectively. Input inventory data into the warehouse system correctly. Contact shipping companies to resolve issues. Requirements Previous experience with eCommerce shipping software such as ShipHero, ShipStation, ShipWorks, or similar tools. At least 1 year of warehouse experience. A team player who thrives in a small, collaborative environment. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. Work Environment Startup environment with frequent changes in workflows. Non-climate-controlled warehouse with potential temperature fluctuations. Fast-paced and dynamic. Requires standing, walking, bending, and stooping for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
