Warehouse Associate - Pick, Pack, Ship (Days)

Pays $15.50 per hour, with an increase to $16.00 after 90 days.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect your assigned material handling equipment and/or work area for safety issues.
• Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Identify the correct pick location and pick in accordance to the system.
• Pick the correct item and quantity, checking UPC's or item descriptions.
• Assure that products being selected are not damaged and are picked correctly.
• Verify product is correct and packaged for shipping to ensure the highest level of quality.
• Use shipping system to generate UPS/ Fed Ex labels for each package.
• Assist other fellow associates when in need.
• Assist in cleaning when all selection is complete.
• Other Duties as assigned
• All positions are crossed trained for assembly, shipping, picking, packing

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a warehouse environment picking or packing
• Prefer previous experience on Forklift, Cherry Picker, and electric pallet jacks
• Physical Requirements: Occasional lifting up to 70 pounds, Frequent lifting is 50 pounds or less.
