Summary Under the general direction of the National Manager, this Manager - HR Operations (Shreveport) position oversees and executes all aspects of human resources operations, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and workforce planning. The HR Manager partners with leadership to implement HR policies and programs that support business objectives, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and promote a positive and engaging work environment. This role provides guidance to managers on HR matters, drives consistent and fair employment practices, and leverages data and process improvements to enhance overall HR effectiveness and organizational success. Compensation Range $94,000 - $105,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)  Responsibilities  Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, & HR Operations  Manage workplace dynamics by proactively addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring consistent application of company policies and legal requirements Lead and conduct thorough objective investigations; facilitate clear communication and provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters, performance management, and appropriate disciplinary actions Oversee full-cycle recruitment for the facility, including developing sourcing strategies, managing job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to attract and select top talent Establish and maintain effective relationships with external recruitment partners, ensuring compliance with service agreements and alignment with organizational hiring needs Drive a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, transparent communication strategies, and collaboration across departments Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations by proactively identifying risks, implementing corrective actions, and advising leadership on compliance-related matters  Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits Administration Oversee the administration of local compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy , consistency, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Partner with HQ shared services to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll actions, including new hires, terminations, and compensation changes Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation structures, ensuring alignment with market competitiveness and organizational goals Administer and monitor performance-based incentive programs, ensuring proper execution, clear communication, and compliance with applicable laws and internal guidelines Documentation: Maintain accurate, thorough, and well-organized records of employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, and outcomes, ensuring proper documentation for compliance, audit readiness, and consistent case management Mediation and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on conflict resolution, facilitating mediation when appropriate and coaching leaders on effective communication, performance management, and employee engagement practices Reporting & General HR Support: Ensure all ad-hoc reporting requests are completed accurately and delivered in a timely manner Support broader HR initiatives and perform additional HR-related duties as needed to meet organizational objectives Other duties as assigned Benefits of working at GLOVIS America Inc. Dayforce) and HR case management tools Preferred Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree Required Master's Degree Preferred 7 - 10 years of experience relating to HR Generalist background with HR Manager experience Required 8 - 13 years of experience relating to Employee Relations, HR Generalist background, and HR Manager experience Preferred  7 - 10+ years of supervisory experience Required Investigation Training, EEOC Training, W/C Training Required SHRM or other certification (ex.
