Warehouse Associate (PHX)

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Phoenix (PHX). This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and inventory management processes. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for handling various physical tasks, including order picking, packing, barcode scanning, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be capable of performing physically demanding work, including lifting at least 75 pounds, while maintaining a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Duties Picking orders accurately to fulfill customer or internal requests Packing items securely for shipment or storage Using barcode scanners to track and manage logistics processes Managing inventory levels through regular stock checks and updates Performing physical labor tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items (minimum of 75 lbs) Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse workspace Assisting with other warehouse operations as needed to support team goals Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting at least 75 pounds regularly Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking and inventory management Basic proficiency with barcode scanning devices and inventory software is a plus Excellent teamwork and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced setting Commitment to safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment This position offers an engaging opportunity for individuals interested in warehouse operations, logistics, and physical work.
