Warehouse Associate/Parts Runner

Warehouse Associate/Parts Runner Seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to work in our Grand Rapids warehouse. This position is hybrid in the warehouse and on the road. Your time will be spent making sure our field employees have the proper materials to complete their jobs, whether that is in the warehouse or dropping material off to them. Check equipment and keep an organized warehouse. Work with other members of the inventory team to help with equipment and inventory. Assist in general upkeep of office and property (mowing lawn, cleaning warehouse, etc.) Use our computer system to accurately keep track of inventory. Run service parts on a daily basis to our technicians Order materials for jobs and stock in the warehouse Maintain lawn and parking lot Desired Skills: Ability to operate a forklift. Proven organizational skills. HVAC, construction, or inventory experience etc. Desired Strengths: Highly Organized: Success in this position is highly dependent on one’s ability to organize equipment, materials, and their time. Having the ability to stay focused on a task, execute the task and prepare for the next task is essential. Adaptable: Having the ability to be flexible in situations and receive and adapt to feedback is highly desirable. Team Player: Our operation relays on our employee’s ability to act as team. We are not an everyone for themselves company. The employees that have been successful here work as a team for the success of the company as a whole. Computer Skills: Ability to send and respond to emails, learn new software, general understand of word and excel. Warehouse Skills: Forklift experience, Data Entry, Other skills as needed. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour Clean driving record is a must.
