Every role matters in keeping our technicians, projects, customers, and day-to-day operations moving — and we are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate / Parts Runner to join us. About the Role The Warehouse Associate / Parts Runner supports our field and office teams by helping maintain an organized warehouse and ensuring technicians have the parts, materials, equipment, and supplies they need to do their jobs. This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse responsibilities with local driving and parts delivery. Depending on daily operational needs, you may spend part of your day receiving and organizing materials in the warehouse and another part picking up parts from vendors or delivering equipment and supplies to technicians and job sites. This is a great fit for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable working independently, and willing to jump in wherever needed to help keep operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do Warehouse Support Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming parts, materials, and equipment. Maintain an organized, clean, and accessible warehouse. Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or supply needs. Prepare and stage parts and equipment for service calls and installation work. Assist with loading and unloading company vehicles. Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand carts, and forklifts when trained and authorized. Help improve warehouse organization, processes, and efficiency. Parts Running & Field Support Pick up parts, equipment, and materials from local vendors. Deliver parts and equipment to technicians and job sites in a timely manner. Verify deliveries and maintain required paperwork or documentation. Communicate with office, warehouse, and field personnel regarding pickups, deliveries, and changing priorities. Help keep company vehicles, warehouse areas, tools, and materials organized and properly maintained. Provide general operational support to our service and installation teams as needed. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who takes pride in being reliable and understands that this position plays an important role in supporting the people working in the field. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform a physically active job involving standing, walking, lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage changing priorities throughout the day. Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the team. Willingness to follow company safety procedures and use required PPE. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, delivery, construction, HVAC, refrigeration, or parts experience. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar warehouse equipment. Familiarity with commercial HVAC or refrigeration parts and equipment is a plus, but not required. Work Environment This position is primarily based out of our warehouse but includes frequent local driving to vendor locations, customer sites, and active job sites.
