Warehouse Associate / Parts Delivery Driver
True North Truck PartsAbout the Role We are seeking a reliable, physically capable Warehouse Associate / Parts Delivery Driver to support our heavy-duty truck parts operations. In this dual role, you will deliver heavy commercial truck components to local fleet accounts, repair shops, and commercial clients, while also assisting with day-to-day warehouse stocking, inventory organization, and occasional storefront counter support. Key Responsibilities Parts Delivery & Transport: Safely load, transport, and deliver heavy-duty commercial truck parts (e.g., brake drums, suspension components, filters, engine parts) to customer locations on schedule. Warehouse & Inventory: Perform regular inventory counts, receive stock, organize parts bins, wrap pallets, and keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe. Storefront Support: Assist counter sales staff and walk-in commercial customers with order pickup, basic inquiries, and fetching parts as needed. Order Preparation: Verify packing slips and delivery invoices against pulled orders to ensure high accuracy. Qualifications & Requirements Driver’s Licence & Age: Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence with a clean driving abstract (Must be 25+ years old for commercial vehicle insurance coverage). Physical Strength: Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver heavy truck parts weighing 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day. Experience: Experience handling automotive, commercial truck, or industrial parts is preferred, but willing to train candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and reliability. Attributes: Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting professionally with fleet managers and mechanics. Compensation & Working Conditions Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour Environment: Warehouse and local transport (company vehicle provided for deliveries). Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: On-site parking Work Location: In person
