Warehouse Associate / Parts Delivery

When a plumber needs a part, getting it to the job quickly helps keep the day moving. Nelson Bros. Sewer & Plumbing is looking for a reliable, organized person to manage parts in our warehouse, pick up special orders, and deliver supplies to our plumbers in the field. We are a fourth-generation, family-owned company that has served Oakland County and surrounding communities for more than 100 years. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes staying busy, keeping things organized, and helping the team do its best work. What you’ll do Receive, organize, and maintain plumbing parts and supplies in our warehouse. Pick up special-order parts from suppliers and deliver parts to plumbers at job sites. Help track inventory and let the team know when commonly used items need to be replenished. Keep shelves, storage areas, and workspaces clean and organized. Wash and maintain the tarps our plumbers use on jobs. Handle other practical tasks that help our plumbers work efficiently and keep jobs moving. Communicate with plumbers and office staff as needs and priorities change throughout the day. Who we’re looking for The ideal candidate must be dependable, pay attention to details, and take pride in keeping things in order. You will shift between warehouse work, supplier pickups, and field deliveries as the day requires. You must be comfortable doing physical work and working with a team. Knowledge of plumbing parts is helpful, but a willingness to learn is essential. Requirements Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to lift and move heavy parts and supplies as required for the role. Strong organization and communication skills. Dependability and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
