Warehouse Associate – Packing, Sorting & Product Inspection Tweg is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented warehouse associate to help process Amazon liquidation merchandise and prepare items for resale and shipping. We need someone who works efficiently, keeps the warehouse organized, and has a good eye for useful, desirable, and potentially valuable items. Pay: $15–$18 per hour Job type: Full-time, in person Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Location: 5075 NW 159th St, Miami Lakes, FL 33014 What you will do Receive, unpack, sort, and organize merchandise by category, condition, and assigned storage area. Inspect products and packaging for damage, missing parts, accessories, and other condition issues; clearly flag anything that needs further review. Recognize brands, model numbers, complete sets, and potentially valuable or desirable items so they can be separated and reviewed before resale. Use basic product searches, labels, and model numbers to help identify unfamiliar merchandise when needed. Pick the correct items for orders, check quantities, and pack them securely for shipping. Prepare cartons, apply shipping labels, and help organize outgoing orders. Label and count stock, maintain orderly storage areas, and help with inventory checks. Lift and move boxes and merchandise weighing 25 pounds or more, help with loading and unloading, and follow safe lifting and handling procedures. Help prepare and organize products for our live-selling team. Keep packing stations and warehouse aisles clean and organized, and help with other general warehouse tasks. What we are looking for Reliability, punctuality, and consistent attention to detail. A good eye for product condition, completeness, and potential resale value. Ability to follow instructions, accurately count items, and double-check orders. Ability to perform active warehouse duties, including standing, bending, carrying, and lifting cartons weighing 25 pounds or more, with reasonable accommodation as needed. A steady work pace and willingness to help teammates. Previous packing, shipping, warehouse, retail, resale, or product-inspection experience is helpful. Basic comfort using a phone or computer to look up products is helpful.
