Warehouse Associate / Packer

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate / Packer to join our team at a truck parts and chrome accessories store specializing in semi-trucks and big rigs. This position involves picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, along with assisting with inventory, receiving, and general warehouse operations. Our warehouse is a fast-paced, physically demanding environment that requires frequent heavy lifting, the use of hand and power tools, and the ability to work efficiently throughout the day. We are looking for someone with previous warehouse, construction, or similar hands-on work experience who is dependable, self-motivated, and able to take initiative without constant supervision. This is a full-time position within a busy small business, offering consistent hours and opportunities for advancement. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Package truck parts and accessories securely to prevent damage during shipping. Verify order quantities, label packages, and prepare shipments. Safely lift, move, and handle heavy or oversized products. Use basic hand and power tools for packing and other warehouse tasks. Assist with receiving shipments, unloading deliveries, stocking, and organizing inventory. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Identify and complete tasks independently while assisting team members as needed. Support general warehouse operations and follow workplace safety procedures. Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in warehouse operations, construction, general labor, or a similar hands-on work environment. Familiarity with basic hand and power tools. Ability to safely lift and handle products weighing up to 75 lbs. Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking throughout the workday. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and stay productive. Ability to follow instructions, manage priorities, and work well with others. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
