The primary function of this position is to process incoming orders of auto parts using an RF scanner and sort them to be distributed to our eight locations after unloading them with a manual pallet jack or forklift. The right person will often be working independently, so they must be motivated and organized. Some secondary, but essential functions of the position include ability to effectively understand and communicate company policies; follow and adhere to all safety rules including the handling of hazardous materials; and ability to operate and utilize telephone and computer system and copier once trained. You may have direct contact with our customers and therefore neatness in personal appearance and the ability to establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service is a must. Must be capable of lifting and moving parts and boxes of up to 50lbs. Must be willing to perform other tasks as assigned. Must be able to repeatedly bend or stoop to ground level shelves and be able to reach upper shelves (8 feet) with the use of stool or ladder when necessary. Must be able to work on their feet (stand or walk) for their assigned work shifts. Must be willing to work flexible hours. Come join our team!
