Warehouse Associate – Order Processing & Operations (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Join Our Growing Team! We are a growing children's fashion company looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working with computers, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. We're looking for someone who can balance hands-on warehouse responsibilities with administrative tasks, communicate effectively, and help ensure that every order is processed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Process, manage, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. Handle incoming returns, inspect merchandise, and update inventory records. Work with computer-based order management, inventory, and shipping systems. Coordinate with our customer service team to resolve order discrepancies, returns, and shipping inquiries. Prepare, pack, and label outgoing shipments. Maintain accurate inventory and order records. Assist with general warehouse organization and daily operations. Help troubleshoot order-related issues and ensure smooth workflow between departments. What We're Looking For Bilingual in English and Spanish – Required. Strong computer skills – Required. Must be comfortable navigating software, entering data, and learning new systems. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organization. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy environment. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexible availability and willingness to adjust working hours based on business needs. Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs . Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, inventory, or e-commerce experience is a plus. Why Join Us?
