Warehouse Associate – Order Picking, Packing & Shipping Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, preparing shipments for UPS and LTL freight carriers, building and wrapping pallets, and unloading floor-loaded shipping containers. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and productivity throughout the workday. Key Responsibilities Pick customer orders accurately according to pick tickets and shipping requirements. Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit. Prepare and process small-package shipments through UPS / FedEx. Prepare LTL freight shipments, including palletizing, wrapping, labeling, and staging orders for pickup. Build stable, properly organized pallets for freight shipments. Unload floor-loaded shipping containers, manually handling cartons and packages and moving products to designated warehouse locations. Verify product numbers, quantities, labels, and shipping documentation for accuracy. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and shipping area. Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines. Work efficiently to meet daily shipping deadlines and productivity expectations. Assist with general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Strong work ethics, reliability, and a positive attitude. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and productivity. Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull packages weighing up to 70 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday. Comfortable unloading floor-loaded containers and performing physically demanding warehouse work. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous warehouse, order-picking, packing, or shipping experience is preferred but not required. Forklift Certification preferred but not required. Employment Details Job Type: Full-time Increase upon passing 90-Day Probation Period Schedule: Monday-Friday with rotating schedule of 7AM-3:30PM & 8AM-4:30PM.
