Warehouse Associate – Order Picker & Packer

Overview Join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate – Order Picker & Packer and keep orders moving accurately from storage to shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment to pick, pack, stock, and prepare products while following safety and quality procedures. This is a hands-on role involving frequent movement and material handling. Duties Pick items against order details using an eclectic ride on pallet jack, forklift Pack orders securely, check quality, and stage shipments for shipping and receiving. Load and unload deliveries, stock inventory, and support warehouse distribution and order fulfillment. Your impact: Accurate picking and careful packing help customers receive the right products in good condition. Pack individual packages for UPS and other shipping carriers. Prepare, label, and organize packages for shipment. Requirements Warehouse experience is helpful; warehouse supervisor experience is preferred, not required. Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, inventory management systems, and warehouse management is an asset. Experience with order picking, picking and packing, packaging, stocking, quality control, and shipping and receiving is preferred. Ability to use material handling equipment and perform manual handling and heavy lifting; experience operating heavy equipment is an asset. Basic math skills, personal protective equipment (PPE) use, and consistent safety protocol adherence are important.
