Warehouse Associate/Order Picker

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and committed Warehouse Associate / Order Picker to join our team. This is a full-time, daylight position for someone looking for stable, long-term employment. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality. Your expertise in operating warehouse equipment and managing inventory will help keep our distribution center running smoothly. This position offers a fast-paced, engaging environment where your proactive approach and attention to detail will make a real impact every day. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and effectively. Manage inventory by stocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and updating inventory management systems accurately. Stage completed orders according to delivery route and stop designation. Secure pallets with shrink wrap to maintain product stability during transportation. Receive, restock, rotate, and properly store food products. Load and unload delivery trucks using appropriate warehouse equipment. Follow company food safety, warehouse safety, and sanitation procedures. Maintain clean and organized warehouse and storage areas. Assist with inventory and product organization as needed. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Dependable with a strong work ethic and good attendance. Ability to accurately follow picking instructions and verify orders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous warehouse, order-picking, forklift, or foodservice distribution experience is preferredbut not required. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment Physical Requirements: This position requires regular physical activity throughout the workday. Employees must be able to: Stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently bend, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, and pull. Use hands and arms to handle, move, and organize products. Safely operate warehouse equipment. Regularly lift and move products and packages. Lift up to 50 pounds as required. Schedule: Full-Time. Monday through Friday.
