Warehouse Associate - Order Picker & Delivery Job

Location: Santa Fe Springs, California Job Type: Full-time, in person Pay: Starting $16.90/hour About the Role Consult2Bond Inc., a growing industrial adhesive tape supplier, is opening a warehouse in Santa Fe Springs, California. We are seeking a reliable, organized Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate takes pride in accurate work, handles products carefully, and can manage daily warehouse tasks both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick customer orders using order sheets, verifying product types and quantities. Pack orders securely, prepare shipping labels, and ensure shipments are ready for scheduled pickups. Receive incoming shipments and check quantities and product condition against receiving documents. Load and unload trucks, and move products safely throughout the warehouse. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment after completing required training and authorization. Label and organize inventory in designated storage locations. Conduct inventory counts and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged products. Check outgoing orders for accuracy and quality before shipment. Coordinate with management and the order-processing team to prioritize shipments and meet deadlines. Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow warehouse safety procedures. Assist with other warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in warehouse operations, order picking, packing, shipping, or receiving. Forklift and pallet-jack operating experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and basic counting skills. Ability to read order sheets and follow written and verbal instructions. Basic computer skills; experience with shipping software or inventory systems is an asset. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Dependable attendance, clear communication, and a willingness to work independently. Ability to perform essential warehouse duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving products, with or without reasonable accommodation.
