Warehouse Associate – Order Packing & Fulfillment Location: Staten Island, NY (On-site) Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Flexible shifts between 9 AM–10 PM, including weekends Experience: No experience required – training provided About Us Tiger Snack Box is a growing small business specializing in unique Asian snacks and drinks from around the world. We sell primarily online through social media and live shopping events, shipping orders to customers nationwide. We're expanding our warehouse team and looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to grow with us! Job Description As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. You'll be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders, organizing inventory, and helping maintain an efficient warehouse. Accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are important to us. Your work will help ensure customers receive the correct products on time and in great condition. Responsibilities Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders for shipment. Quality Control: Double-check products, quantities, and order details to prevent errors. Shipping & Receiving: Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading shipments, and preparing outgoing packages. Inventory Management: Sort, count, stock, and organize products while maintaining accurate inventory records. Warehouse Organization: Keep workstations, shelves, and storage areas clean, safe, and organized. Team Support: Work with other team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and maintain an efficient workflow. Safety: Follow warehouse procedures and safe handling practices when moving and storing products. Requirements Reliable, punctual, and responsible with a strong work ethic. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Basic math skills for counting products and verifying order quantities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and handling boxes throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move packages safely. Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and with a team. Flexible availability, including weekends. Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, packing, stocking, or inventory experience is a plus, but not required. No experience necessary! We're happy to provide training.
