Warehouse Associate / Order Packer

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Order Packer to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Your efforts will help maintain smooth warehouse operations and deliver excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable operating various warehouse equipment, with a passion for efficient materials handling. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely. Pack products securely following packaging standards to prevent damage during transit. Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and updating inventory management systems. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely dispatch of orders. Follow safety procedures consistently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and manual handling techniques. Skills Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks is highly desirable. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software. Strong understanding of order fulfillment, picking & packing, shipping & receiving processes. Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order accuracy. Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling. Excellent attention to detail for quality control and order accuracy. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
