Warehouse Associate – Order Fulfillment & Equipment Operations Company: Prozis Location: 13800 NW 2nd St, Suite 150, Sunrise, FL 33325 Pay: $18–$24 per hour, depending on experience and skills Job type: Full-time, in person Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Preferred start: Within one to two weeks Summary Join the Prozis distribution team in Sunrise! We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to help receive inventory, pick and pack customer orders, and operate warehouse equipment in an air-conditioned facility. Relevant experience is preferred, and training is available. English is required. Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders for shipment. Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments. Safely operate electric stackers, order pickers, and powered and manual pallet jacks after completing required training and authorization. Assist with loading, unloading, inventory movement, and replenishment. Check product codes, quantities, expiration dates, and lot information as applicable. Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies or damaged products. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Work with the team to meet daily shipping deadlines and productivity goals while maintaining accuracy and safety. Requirements Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail. English skills sufficient to understand safety instructions, follow warehouse procedures, and communicate with the team. Ability to work effectively with others and learn new tasks. Basic computer skills; warehouse management system and barcode scanner experience preferred. Ability to perform duties involving prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting or moving products weighing up to 50 lb, with or without reasonable accommodation. At least 18 years old due to powered equipment operation. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Previous warehouse experience, experience operating the equipment listed above, and forklift certification are preferred. Training is available for the right candidate. Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus. Schedule and work environment This position is based onsite in our air-conditioned Sunrise warehouse, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Overtime is generally optional but may be required during peak periods. Benefits Paid vacation accruing after 90 days, initially at a rate of 10 days per year, increasing with length of service. Paid sick time under company policy. 11 paid holidays.
